Workplace Harassment Prevention Training

Sexual harassment training is crucial for shielding your company from costly fines and a tarnished reputation. Your business can be hit by penalties exceeding $1,000,000.00, plus legal fees for defending a workplace harassment lawsuit. Therefore, documented HR training and an established and posted anti-sexual harassment policy are imperative to protect your company and employees. Avoid expensive fines by utilizing one of our Workplace Harassment Training programs. The solution to dealing with harassment in the workplace is education, not litigation.
